  • DO YOU ALLOW WALK-INS?

    No, but you are welcome to schedule a tour of our space by emailing the studio manager at 30astudio rental.com

  • WHERE DO I CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY?

    All availbe dates and time will be on the calendar under the “book the studio” tab.

  • WHAT IS THE PRICE FOR MEMBERSHIP?

    We are currently working on our membership program. Prices and packages are in the works. Please notify us if you have interested in mebmberships.

  • HOW DO I RENT THE STUDIO?

    Select the Booking navigation from the site menu and sign in. From there you can select the date and times of your choosing.

  • WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED?

    Currently we Currently we do not provide any equipment complimentary. Please let us know if you have any questions. We light be able to accomodatebased on portfolio and experience

  • CAN I COME IN EARLY TO SET UP?

    Rental time includes setup and teardown, so please consider that while booking. We require the studio to be reset and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up without prior approval.

  • CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL A BOOKING?

    It happens. If you need to call or modify a booking prior to your start time just reach out to the studio manager via call, text, or email. We ask for 24 hour notice for cancellations to give others a chance to book the open slot. If it is inside the 24 hour window we can honor the booking but will need to move the date.

  • IS THE STUDIO PRIVATE AND SECURE?

    Yes! 30A Studio Rental is protected by a real-time monitored security system, front door security camera, and biometric/pin coded door locks that automatically lock behind you. The studio only rents to one booking party at a time.

  • IS THERE ON-SITE PARKING?

    Yes! The studio features on-site parking on the West side of the building as well as in the large gravel parking lot on the west and south portion of the complex.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE FREE WI-FI?

    Yes, complimentary WIFI is available.
